Terms of Use

Last updated 24 September 2026

These Terms of Use (a public offer) govern your use of the le.codes platform — the le.codes website, the le.codes/app editor and related services. Please read them carefully before you start: the sections on plans, subscriptions and credits explain what you are charged for and how, and the Refund Policy explains how to get your money back.

  1. 1.General provisions

    These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Letary LLC, INN 5904405440 (the “Operator”, “we”), and the user (the “User”, “you”) regarding the use of the le.codes platform: the le.codes website, the le.codes/app editor, the command-line tool (CLI), the Figma plugin, the le.store storefront and related services.

    These Terms are a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Registering an account constitutes acceptance of the offer (Article 438 of the Civil Code), and for paid services — paying for a plan or credits. From the moment of acceptance, a contract between the Operator and the User is concluded on these Terms.

    The following form an integral part of the Terms: the Pricing page (le.codes/pricing) with current prices and plan contents, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. The Russian version of these Terms prevails in case of any discrepancy.

    If you do not agree with the Terms, you may not use the platform.

  2. 2.Definitions

    Platform — the set of le.codes services for creating, building, publishing and sharing applications.

    Project — the code, files and resources the User creates on the platform.

    AI assistant — the built-in tool that generates and modifies project code at the User's request using third-party language models.

    Plan — the set of platform features and the volume of services available to the User: Free, Pro and Business (paid). Plan contents and prices are published on the Pricing page.

    Subscription — payment for a paid plan for a billing period with automatic renewal for the next period.

    Billing period — a month or a year (for annual payment), counted from the date of the first payment for the plan.

    Credits — internal accounting units measuring the volume of AI-assistant services. Credits are not money, electronic money or any other means of payment.

    Account dashboard — the section of le.codes/app where the User manages the account, plan, credits and payment methods.

  3. 3.Registration and account

    Most features require an account, created with an email address or via Yandex or VK ID.

    The User undertakes to provide accurate data and keep it up to date, and is responsible for keeping their credentials and access tokens secure.

    All actions taken in the account are deemed to be taken by the User. Any unauthorised access must be reported immediately to support@le.codes.

    A User may not create multiple accounts to obtain welcome credits again or otherwise circumvent limits.

  4. 4.Plans

    Registration, the editor, publishing apps by QR code, link and on le.store, the CLI and the Figma plugin are free on every plan, including Free.

    Paid plans unlock additional features: hosting a database and server code on the Operator's servers, user sign-in inside apps, push notifications, the 3D scene editor, builds for app stores, an extended set of AI-assistant models, a monthly credit allowance and other features listed on the Pricing page.

    Plan prices are stated in Russian rubles and include VAT. The contents of a plan are those on the Pricing page as of the date the billing period is paid.

    Business plan

    The Business plan is designed for companies and includes, in addition to the Pro plan features, a larger credit package, priority support and a personal manager, to the extent described on the Pricing page. It may be paid by bank card or by invoice from a legal entity or sole proprietor. For invoice payments, the Operator provides closing documents (acts, UPD).

  5. 5.Subscription and automatic renewal

    A paid plan paid by bank card is a subscription: at the end of each billing period it renews automatically for the same period, and the plan price is charged to the saved bank card (a recurring payment).

    Recurring charges are made only with the User's separate, explicit consent, given before the first payment by ticking the corresponding box on the checkout page. The Operator never pre-ticks this consent.

    The Operator notifies the User by email, to the address linked to the account, of an upcoming charge — with its amount and date — no later than 1 (one) day before the charge, or no later than 7 (seven) days before for annual payment.

    Cancelling a subscription

    The User may cancel the subscription at any time in the Account dashboard, section “Plan and credits”, button “Cancel plan”, without contacting support. After cancellation the plan remains active until the end of the paid billing period and no further charges are made. Cancelling does not waive the User's right to a refund under the Refund Policy.

    The User may remove the saved bank card in the Account dashboard at any time. If a charge fails, the Operator may retry it within 3 (three) days, after which the subscription ends.

    Changing plans

    Upgrading to a more expensive plan takes effect immediately; the value of the unused part of the current billing period is credited towards the new plan. Downgrading takes effect from the next billing period.

    When a subscription ends

    When a subscription ends, the account moves to the Free plan. Published apps keep working, data and databases are kept, links and QR codes keep working. Paid-plan features become unavailable: releasing new server code, sending push notifications and building for app stores.

  6. 6.Credits

    Use of the AI assistant is paid for in credits, charged according to the actual work of the models (tokens). The credit cost of each request is shown in the interface under the assistant's reply.

    Types of credits

    • Plan credits — the monthly allowance included in a plan (including the free one). Valid until the end of the billing period in which they were granted; they do not carry over.
    • Purchased credits — credits paid for separately by the User. They do not expire.
    • Bonus credits — granted free of charge, e.g. at sign-up or for completing a survey. They do not expire.

    Plan credits are spent first, then bonus credits, then purchased credits.

    Price and purchase

    Credits are purchased at 5 (five) credits per 1 (one) ruble, with a minimum purchase of 500 credits. Credits can be purchased on any plan.

    Credits cannot be exchanged for money (except for the refund of unspent purchased credits under the Refund Policy), transferred to other Users or moved between accounts. Bonus credits are neither refundable nor compensated in money.

  7. 7.Payment

    Payment is made in Russian rubles by bank card via T‑Bank JSC internet acquiring and, on the Business plan, also by bank transfer against an invoice.

    Payment is completed on the bank's secure payment page. Card details are entered on the bank's side and are neither transmitted to nor stored by the Operator. For recurring payments the bank stores a card token; the Operator receives only the fact, amount and status of the payment.

    A service is deemed paid once the bank confirms the payment. The plan is activated and credits are added, as a rule, immediately.

    For every payment the Operator issues a fiscal receipt under Federal Law No. 54-FZ and sends it to the User's email address.

    Price changes

    The Operator may change the prices of plans and credits. New prices do not affect a billing period already paid for. The Operator notifies the User by email of a price change for an active subscription no later than 14 (fourteen) days before the billing period to which the new price applies; the User may cancel the subscription before that date.

  8. 8.Cancellation and refunds

    A User who is an individual may withdraw from paid services at any time under Article 32 of the Russian Law “On Consumer Rights Protection” and Article 782 of the Civil Code, subject to paying for services actually rendered.

    The procedure, deadlines and calculation of refunds — including for the unused part of a subscription and for unspent purchased credits — are set out in the Refund Policy.

    In short: within 48 (forty-eight) hours of payment, if the paid credits or plan have not been used, the money is refunded in full; later, the value of unspent purchased credits and of the unused part of the billing period is refunded, minus services actually rendered; erroneous and duplicate charges are always refunded in full. Refunds are made by the same method as the payment, within 10 (ten) days of receiving the request.

  9. 9.User content rights

    Exclusive rights to the projects, code and materials the User creates on the platform, including with the AI assistant, belong to the User to the extent permitted by law.

    The User grants the Operator a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, process, build and display their content to the extent necessary to operate the platform and provide the services (including passing data to the AI-model provider to fulfil requests and listing published apps on le.store).

    The User is solely responsible for the lawfulness of their content and for holding the rights to materials used in their projects.

  10. 10.AI assistant

    The AI assistant generates code from the User's requests using third-party large language models. Output is provided “as is”: the Operator does not warrant that it is error-free, fit for a particular purpose, unique or free of similarities to third-party code.

    The User must review generated code before use and is responsible for applications built with it.

    Credits are charged for work the model actually performed. If a request was not completed because of a platform failure, the credits charged for it are returned to the balance upon the User's request.

  11. 11.Acceptable use

    When using the platform, you may not:

    • violate the laws of the Russian Federation or the rights of third parties;
    • upload malicious code, or use the platform to create or distribute malware;
    • attempt unauthorised access to the platform, disrupt its operation or circumvent its limits and protection mechanisms;
    • create excessive load or use automated tools beyond the provided APIs and limits;
    • use the platform for fraud, spam or other bad-faith activities;
    • share access to the account with third parties, except for team members invited through the Teams feature.
  12. 12.Platform intellectual property

    Exclusive rights to the le.codes platform, its code, core (runtime), interface, trademarks and other elements belong to the Operator and are protected by law. Some platform components are distributed under the open licences stated in their repositories.

    These Terms do not grant the User any rights to the platform other than the right to use its functionality in accordance with the Terms.

  13. 13.Liability

    The Operator operates the platform with reasonable care but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may carry out maintenance, announcing it in advance where possible.

    If paid features were unavailable through the Operator's fault for more than 24 (twenty-four) consecutive hours, the User may demand a proportionate reduction of the billing-period price or an extension of the plan for the corresponding time.

    To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for lost profits, indirect losses, or the consequences of using applications the User built on the platform, including with the AI assistant. These limitations do not apply where the law, including consumer-protection law, prohibits them.

    The User is responsible for backing up important data; exporting a project as an archive is available on every plan.

  14. 14.Suspension and termination

    The Operator may restrict or suspend access to the platform, or delete an account, if the User materially breaches the Terms or the law, notifying the User by email with the reason.

    If access is terminated by the Operator without a breach by the User, the value of the unused part of the billing period and of unspent purchased credits is refunded.

    The User may stop using the platform and delete their account at any time. Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription automatically — cancel it first; the balance of purchased credits can be refunded under the Refund Policy.

  15. 15.Changes to the Terms

    The Operator may amend the Terms. The new version is published on this page with its date. The Operator notifies Users by email of changes affecting paid services no later than 14 (fourteen) days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect means acceptance of the new version; if the User disagrees, they may cancel the subscription and receive a refund under the Refund Policy.

  16. 16.Governing law and disputes

    These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

    Claims are sent to support@le.codes or to the Operator's postal address. The Operator reviews and answers a claim within 10 (ten) days, and refund requests within the deadlines set by the Refund Policy.

    Disputes with Users that are legal entities or sole proprietors are resolved by the Arbitration Court of Perm Krai after the mandatory claim procedure (30 days to respond). A User who is a consumer may go to the court of their choice under Article 17 of the Russian Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
