Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between Letary LLC (the “Operator”, “we”) and the user (the “User”, “you”) regarding the use of the LeCodes platform: the le.codes website, the le.codes/app editor, the command-line tool (CLI) and related services.

These Terms are a public offer. By registering or using the platform, you fully and unconditionally accept the Terms. If you do not agree with them, you may not use the platform.

The Operator may amend the Terms; the current version is always published on this page.

Platform — the set of LeCodes services for creating, building, publishing and sharing applications.

Project — the collection of code, files and resources a User creates on the platform.

AI assistant — a built-in tool that generates and modifies project code in response to the User's prompts.

Tokens — units for metering AI-assistant usage, paid from the User's balance.

Most features require creating an account by email address or via the Yandex or VK ID services.

The User undertakes to provide accurate data and keep it up to date, and is responsible for keeping their credentials and access tokens secure.

All actions taken from an account are deemed to have been taken by the User. Any unauthorised access must be reported to support@le.codes without delay.

A User may not create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus again or otherwise circumvent restrictions.

The exclusive rights to the projects, code and materials a User creates on the platform belong to the User.

The User grants the Operator a limited licence to store, process, build and display their content to the extent necessary to operate the platform and provide the services (including transferring data to the AI-model provider to fulfil requests).

The User is solely responsible for the lawfulness of the content they post and for holding the rights to the materials used in their projects.

The AI assistant produces code based on your prompts using third-party large language models. The generated result is provided “as is”: the Operator does not guarantee that it is error-free, fit for any particular purpose, original, or free of overlap with third-party code.

The User must review the generated code before using it and is responsible for the applications built on its basis.

The text of prompts and the necessary project content are transmitted to the AI-model provider solely to produce a response (see the Privacy Policy).

Registration, the editor, the runtime and local project builds are provided free of charge. Use of the AI assistant is paid: it is charged in tokens deducted from the User's balance as usage occurs.

Payment procedure

Top-ups are made in Russian roubles by bank card via the internet acquiring of JSC “TBank” (the “Tinkoff” / “T‑Bank” brand).

Payment is made on the bank's secure payment page. Bank-card details are entered directly on the bank's side and are neither transmitted to nor stored by the Operator. The Operator receives only information about the fact, amount and status of the payment.

Crediting funds

Funds are credited to the balance after the bank confirms the payment, as a rule — immediately. The cost of AI-assistant requests is determined by the number of tokens used at the platform's current rates.

The unused balance may be refunded on the User's request sent to support@le.codes from the email address linked to the account.

A refund is made by the same method used for payment, within 10 (ten) business days of receiving the request. Funds already spent on AI-assistant requests (tokens deducted) are non-refundable, since the service in that part has effectively been provided.

When using the platform, you must not:

• breach the laws of the Russian Federation or the rights of third parties;
• post malicious code or use the platform to create or distribute malware;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, disrupt its operability, or circumvent restrictions and protection mechanisms;
• create excessive load or use automated tools beyond the provided APIs and limits;
• use the platform for fraud, spam or other bad-faith activities.

The exclusive rights to the LeCodes platform, its software code, runtime (core), interface, trademarks and other elements belong to the Operator and are protected by law.

These Terms do not transfer to the User any rights to the platform other than the right to use its functionality in accordance with the Terms.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the service and may carry out maintenance.

The Operator is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or the consequences of using applications the User creates on the platform, including with the AI assistant. The User must back up important data themselves.

The Operator may restrict or suspend access to the platform, and delete an account, if the User breaches the Terms or the requirements of the law.

The User may stop using the platform and delete their account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation at the Operator's location.
